Digital products
Purchases are for digital downloads; nothing physical is shipped. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and use the files personally, in one household, classroom, team or speech club. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense or claim the files or their contents as your own.
Refunds
If a file is defective, materially different from its description, or you cannot access it, email hello@speechroulette.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the issue or refund the purchase. Because a usable digital file cannot be returned, change-of-mind refunds are not otherwise guaranteed. Any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or files unlawfully, interfere with the service, or remove copyright and attribution notices. The materials are provided as educational aids, not professional advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and digital products are supplied without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
